Interesting!!
I saw this ETF ( exchange traded fund) and REIT ( real estate investment trust) soooo many times in newspaper! and how popular they are and i tried reading the articles and i DUN UNDERSTAND! haha.. but the guy from SGX makes it all simple! cool! .. stephan tan!
Actually i do think these talks are interesting and useful! .. IrVine! you should try attending these talks!!
One interesting story: A company started with IPO of $0.50.. hit a highest of $7. Company's activity: They do nothing for biz and dont intent to do anything for biz. Competition: Substantial.. Interesting? hmm...=)

The way he puts it makes me think he dont even treat him as a fren.. more like a " for usage" in the future. Isn't it sad if your friendship is based on such.. " i think he will be of use next time" thingy? If that is the case, i don't crave for anything that he has.. I would still prefer real frenship, with no read bad intention but just plain, because "we can click and we enjoy each other company". Suddenly i feel sad for him, which, maybe, i should not also.
