A post before i start on my biz law! = )

haha.. i dun understand y i always have to wait till this kinda time b4 i can start on my work.. 1030pm now.. yesh..

okay! lets get on!!...

wats hot?! this week's chronicle ( ntu's newspaper)!!

yesh.. and this is specially for weixiN! who dun believe me when i tell him that guys can start sch early next year! BOO!!...

but of coz u have a choice as to whether u wanna start early or not!

2) remember the article i wrote about this guy who critisize bout the lecturer's eng etc..?! i thought he is going to look like some.. very.. err.. studious kind of guy!.. wow! his pics on the chronicle looks.. okay! okok.. now i support his move! JIA YOU! haha.. ( abit too practical huh? but.. we need lecturer who speaks good eng! we do!!! *beam*.. hahaz... )

ha~~ yea~ peeping tom in ntu!! eekk!! and the worst thing is.. ( for the guy la)... he got caught... -_-''.. happened in hall 8.. and.. the newspaper did not mention who that guy is.. but.. rumours has it that.. its... well.. i dun think i can anyhow say here right?? heez.. but then again!... why didnt the chronicle publish his name?! okay okay.. bcoz its under investigation.. but i would hope to see his name when its confirmed.. i mean! he is adult le! pass the 21 age! ( so no longer a minor.. so sad.. haha).. so.. he should be punish and shamed.. aiya.. too wat le hor.. but better than a comment in the paper.. to kick him out of NTU.. i mean.. not so serious ba.. dun stay in hall can le lo! ....

but then.. how did he manage to get into the toilet?? with all the tight security and stuff.. hmm~ oh yah! i heard he got a gf.. wha.. his gf must be really disappointed with his acts.. but i cant help but think this....

maybe~ he was at this hall.. visiting his frens or gf.. thn u guys know right.. ntu hall layout is such that.. one level gal one level guy.. so.. he might be visitng a gal fren.. and need to use toilet! so... he go to the gal toilet.. thinkin no one might be there! and then.. he heard someone! so.. while he is waiting for that gal to finish her business and go out.. he wait and wait.. and peep out to see if she goes out of the toilet already or not.. and then~~~~~~ tata! got caught!!! maybe huh? then will be really poor thing to be accused!..... i mean.. maybe right!!!

so moral of story: ntu should have a opposite sex toilet on each level..

ha.. guess my story went too far le.. haha..

well.. hmm~ doesnt concern me.. coz... i dun drive! dun ask me y.. im just a scardy cat! haha..

as for the rest of the news.. nothing much le... but.. this week's chronical is interesting already!! heez...

wat boring life can karen have? cant help it!! haa.. she needs to study.. and she can only study in school.. = staying in hall =.. only having ntu things to write about!! = ( .. but then.. its still interesting right?!

1st uP!... if u guys are wondering how come i nv blog.. its becoz..

1) i didnt bring my laptop home
2) i stayed at home this weekend

3) there's nothing to blog about!!

how pathetic can that be?!! i stayed at home this weeKend!!!! arG!...

Econs test 2molo.. for someone who nv take econs b4.. yesh.. its quite hard to study all of marco in 3 days time.. ( result of always thinkin i can do it in the last min!) haha.. we shall see the result 2molo huh!

and so... i missed 3 outings this week..
1) 4e1 gathering.. yesh.. they wanna eat good food .. but im damn fat le.. so i gave tat a miss.. hehez..
2) shopping at bugis... ( yesh yesh.. econs is more impt! though.. i learn from it.. to have a dunno wat recovery, the economy must spend or something)
3) KTV session!!! they went..... without me.. so sad! so long nv go kbox already!! booo...

oh yahz.. and today's topic is on technology...
becoz.. i realise this past few days.. i just did not reply anybody's msg.. as in.. not really nv reply.. but.. hmm...

okayz.. if u read my previous entry b4.. u'll realise how much i hate ppl calling right! the intrusion of privacy etc.. yesh.. but ... recently.. its gotten more serious.. my "love" for techonology... ( must be the result of IT module.. im kidding)... yeshz.. i just hate replying msges as well! ( so ppl dun blame me for not replying k?? heez)...

this is wat happens.. every morning.. the hp wakes me up with the alarm clock.. after which.. it'll be left THERE! ya.. and yesh.. its off to silent mode.. so basically.. i wont touch it again unless i've to use it... so its there and there and there.. until! at nite! time to charge it and set next morning's alarm clock time... by thn.. the phone will show " new messages coming.. Inbox full" kinda thing.. so i'll delete and read all the messages for the day!! and! .... still... if those msges are "not impt"--> defined as... msges not within the 15 mins of me reading.. i wont reply le...~ haha.. so if its sent at 3.15pm... and i read it at 1230am.. there goes the msg into the " not impt category!" ... so sorry~~

and yesh.. tat explains all my.. unreplied msges.. sorry ppl!! haha.. sorry hanxu!! coz i realise i always nv reply ur msg whn u ask if im in hall.. haha.. opps!!

hmm.. i also duno y i have this bad habit.. guess u might be saying.. dont have a hp then.. actually.. sometimes i also dun bring my hp out.. ( as in the case when i went dinner with family last night) .. yahz... but.. We have been asking for course instructor that can speak proper English!

Are we asking too much from the school? Hey we are the customer of the university. I am a scholar (I am not trying to show u how good I am as a scholar), I don’t pay the tuition fees, But think about those who pay their tuition fees, when tuition fees is raising, yet year after year, the lecturer (who cant speak proper English) that we keep complaining is still teaching, how you feel? what is the reason behind it?

What if my lecturer is a noble prize winner who cannot speak proper English, do I learn from him?

When we want more places in special semester, the school has not enough resources, yet they are buying chairs that price SGD2000 a piece.

What if I can get goodies bags, free ice creams, free T-shirt, free this free that, yet the union have no power over important issues.

And more and more issue are to be discuss…

I am proposing to have a group of student with great leadership to come together to form a committee to deal with the school.

Time and money are expected to be spent. Nothing can be claim back. We do not have grant here. It might be the 1st time in history of NTU that student can deal with school in a serious and legal way.

We are dealing with your problem. Think about it, are you satisfied with the university system? There should be a man(it could be a woman as well, I am not discriminating female) to stand out to lead the students to claim a stake in the university. We want to be consult for important university decision.

Student, what are you waiting? Stand up and fight for your consumer rights or you will be given low quality education for your years here. Be confused in the lecture by not understanding the English your lecturer use or stand up and speak up, the choice is yours.

And to think that many says NTU are dull~~ haha.. we shall see what happen huh?? but then again! its true!! i have so so many tutors who speaks those kind of english... so... dotz!! that u just decide its actually better to study at home.. by yourself! A good example!! ---> Stats tutor~ last sem!! is there no stats tutor who can speak like.... a more normal english??

But then again.. i dont feel so strongly about a school.. and i thought NTU's actually doing pretty well.. as in... in terms of welfare~ we have free ice cream.. milo.. and sometimes movie passes! yesh! i do care bout all these.. haha.. so...

maybe this writer came from a school with very strong school culture and spirit?? hmm..

last night.. i went to bed happily at 130am! thinking that i'll wake up refresh today! but! my neighbour... the 2 gals staying opposite me.. is so...!!!!!!!!!!!!! they started going to i dunno where.. but.. eh.. how to say...

okay! this is the layout.. can see my room right! and yesh.. its next to it! "THE DOOR" . so basically, everyone have to pass by my room, and through that door to get out! but!!!

so.. at 130am i fell aslp! im truely tired!! seriously!! thn.. at 215.. i wake up... to the banging of the door! its not actually banging.. its juz when u dun close it softly and let it close by itself, it will let out the loud "BANG"!! so.. feeling super irritated! i woke up... the bang keeps continuing.. ( and i wonder y they keep going in and out)... and i ren... and i ren... and i ren.. ( ya.. u'll probably know.. im a light sleeper.. need total silence to sleep)... and i ren wu ke ren...

at 3am! i pluck up my courage and!!!! nope.. i did not go out to scold or wat.. im not such a rude gal.. i took out my post-stick!! and wrote a message:" Dear neighbours.. can we all close this damn door softly so as not to disturb others who are sleeping? thank you"

tata.. went to Disney on Ice on sat!!! its truely nice!! amazing! all the childhood memories of watching cinderella, lion king etc.. actually i like the beauty and the beast story most..!!

hmm.. oh yah! i absolutely love this kid.. isnt he the one who play the small boy in " my girl"? so cute!! and quite shuai also.. for a kid la~~

watched the ming xin ou xiang final yesterday.. ( on tv).. yes! bryan is really shuai!

hmm~~ actually.. i dun normally watch ming xin ou xiang.. ( or rather.. i nv watch b4) ..but.. they are too handsome for me to resist watching the show! hehe...

though i think bryan is very shuai.. but dunno y ...inclined to supporting leo.. haha.. he lose i bu shuang! nvm.. he is shuai also! winner!!

I guess i never did recover from the "tiredness" due to the IT fair until today..!! was so determined to start studying.. which means doing tutorial.. slping at like 1am and waking up at 8am for the past monday and tues... i finally conceded defeat.. sleep the whole of today's afternoon.. from 1pm till 7pm.. that's how tired i am! ( wanted only to take a nap.. but.. well..)

and i was still wondering y i feel so dazed today.. yesh.. that must be y.. tiredness..!! ( but its super bad coz i went to all my tutorial class this week with undone tutorials!!) * shake head*.. nvm! next week would be better i hope!!!

tata! 12 noon to 9pm!!

my camera!!! its MINE!! i mean it!! ... hahh... i wish~~ same model as the one i show u guys previously at the sitex fair~~

haha... looks funny?? our in-charge!! aiya! should have taken the shirt! its damn cool la! as in compared to other brands.. wearing the same usual polo tee .. so dull.. ours got a nice botak okay!! haha

me again!! doing the stupid same pose! with the stupid same booklet!! haha.. wha.. this pic looks ugly huh!! okok.. i should say.. i look ugly huh!! haha.. after one whole day of standing!!! still smiling is good le! haha...

anyways~ they offered me and val to go work at the creative warehouse sale.. next fri sat sun~! ( lower than this show..!) i've kinda rejected it already~ and no commission somemore!! duH!!! and one more thing.. i almost forgot!!!

I FAIL MY ACCOUNTING TEST!!! time to get serious~~

okok.. about today.. one special thing..

today that's a group of people who came over to me.. and i started explaining to them.. then i realise actually they have hearing disabilities.. yah... in a way its a new experience.. promoting to thm and showing them how to use the cameras... without talking.. but i did use a notepad to write to explain to thm! and they are very very very friendlY~!!!!! seriously!!! after i explain to them and everything.. they decided to look around 1st.. of coz b4 that.. they show me thank you using hand sign! and they smile really like happily.. from their heart like they appreciate you explaining to thm!! great experience!! ( really i like the way they say thank you! so nice!) .... and yesh! they did come back for the divi cam after looking around.. yep! but i was promoting to another customer so val took the order! but either way! im satisfied!! they are happy with my promoting and came back!! hehee.. = ) great day!

hmm.. but one thing that im not suited to do this kinda show.. that is.. i eat too slowly!! = (

haha.. so each time each section only one person can go eat.. so.. i'll normally go find weihao ben or bennett who is at other section to eat with.. but!!!! they eat so so so so fast!! they finish one packet.. normally.. im still like at my half~~ and so.. everytime they close their packet.. i can only squeeze a few more mouthful of whatever... and close my packet.. booo!!! its quite paiseh to let them wait also lo.. so.. aiya.. whatever..

actually~ today was about to turn to be a great day! coz.. i try my luck and ask my mum for a new phone! she agree!! amazingly! haha.. dont have to chao much.. but .. but.. when i reach singtel... im told the contract is not up yet! WHAT!! yea.. not even the 1 year yet.. i have to wait till april 11... = ( what is that lo!!! i wan let singtel earn money they also dont want?!! planning to get the N70.. though looks quite ugly.. ( but which phone can be uglier than my current one? actually alot.. but..) anywayz.. it has alot of function! including a 2 megapixel camera! so i can uploaded nicer clearer pictures!! its still has 3G like my current one.. ( though i have not use this damn 3G function more than like.. 10 times?? )..

doesnt matter... in my circles of frens.. now... my brother has 3G and ronald has 3G... hah.. tat means.. 2 person to play with me! hah.. crap crap crap!! i didnt get to buy a phone to lighten up my lousy day!!

anywayz.. yea! my new maid just arrived! she cook quite nice! or maybe.. just that i miss eating home cooked meals.. seriously.. canteen food can be quite sickening after a while.. outside food is really too salty le.. eeeekkk... the only bad point of staying in hall..

can you guys guess the topic today based on these 2 pictureS?? or rather.. graph?? i guess not.. nope! im not going to talk bout stats! of coz noT! its about relationship... of a fren of mine..

okok~ this is what happen..

He is a guy ( okayz.. obvious) who fell in love with a gal!! Due to some complication, the gal cannot commit to a relationship. okay.. but.. liking her and everything..the guy treat her very well ( of coz... ) and.. so.. althought they dont have a status.. they act like couples! ( believe me! they do!!)

Now.. here's what happeN!
the guy decided that.. this should not go on! acting like a couple when they are not! so he tell the gal ( dont know directly or indirectly) but.. anyways.. coz they act so much like a couple.. the gal sort of ask him to wait for her! ( kinda like.." u r mine! just that we dont have status! and.. you are not to see other gals!!!" )

yesh yesh.. tats right.. this is a pack of chicken rice.. and the entry today is about chicken rice! y? coz i am superly irritated by the hall 16 canteen chicken rice store aunti!!!
okok.. this is what happen .. ( im eating this pack of chicken rice while im typing this.. anyways)

---> i arrive in hall quite early.. having nothing to do.. decided to go downstairs to buy some food to eat.... and...... ( okayz.. skip all the unimportant part)...
then! i ordered a pack of chicken rice..
me : chicken rice + dou ya
aunti: okayz..
me: take out a $10 note
aunti: what.. you also 10 dollar? don't you have smaller change??
me: search the wallet.. canot find.. so being nice and everything... i offered to go buy drinks.. to get some small change!

at this pt.. already quite pissed actually.. coz~ who goes to do business without small change one?!!!!! anyways.. i went to buy a papaya.. and came back... in just like 1 min later...

she is not at the store alreadY! ARG!!!! so i waited.. for ... maybe.. a little less than 1 min.. coz i dun see y do i have to wait for the aunti! when its quite obvious im coming back to pay! DUH!!! so.. i just left the $2.50 there.. and left! i didnt even put inside the counter.. just leave it.. if she come back cant find it then too bad le lo!

pissed! such a nice monday morning ruined by her.. haha.. okok.. tats abit kuazhang~ but! im not going back there to eat again lO! .. so attitude.. still give me black face for giving her $10 .. plz leh.. boo~~

and yep.. govt is emphasizing customer service lo.. haha...

tats all about the chicken rice story!!!!

hmm.. went to 4e1 outing last fri.. cindy's birthday.. went to essential brew at holland V.. its a nice place.. the 2nd storey.. cosy cosy! and the brownieee.... yuMMY! pictures.. er... have to wait for rui to send.. though there's not much.. they went to ms after that i think.. i didnt join them.. yesh! karen is a good gal who dun drink or club!! ( unless required.. of coz).. haha.. but i think tats a wrong choice.. coz i went back home on fri to an empty house.. bOo!!

sat and sun.. is boring.. sat= with the lamers only.. sun= airport to fetch mum and bro back...

this week! interesting!!! (maybe to me only ba..)

After a week in hall, and having almost everything i needed here...

Last night, ah xu was in my room! We decided to eat cup noodle! except that... we don't have chopstick nor any spoon or anything! What did we do??

Can you guys see what's that?? haha.. its the mac's stiring thing for the coffee ( i bought a cup of coffee earlier that evening).. and... we eat with that!! haha... 2 person share one! -_-''

When 2 ppl decides that eating cup noodle is funny.. haha.. we couldnt stop laughing when taking this pic! looks too noob to be eating with that thing!

hall is a great place to gain fat!! = ( haha.. keep eating non-stop! especially when the canteen is so near!! OMG!

this is what see on the table when i wake up this morning... the not thrown away.. coffee.. curry puff.. cup noodles.. oh no!!!

hahaa.. well well... going to tidy up my room later! ( btw i wash and hang out my own clothes this weeK! 1st time using a washing machine! cooL! now i need a iron in my room! .. hah.. i sound like.. a .... full time cleaner! haha.. ) whatever... but its quite fun! to dry the clothes! haha.. ( but then also tiring!)

oh yah! i very noob! haha.. coz i dun have the dustpan ( is that wat u call? ).. the thing that after u sweep the floor then u collect on it b4 throwing into the dustbin.. well.. i don't have that.. so i use the newspaper.. i was so engross in making sure the 1st part of the dirt go onto the newspaper.. i didnt realise i sweep the dirt out of the newspaper on the other side!!-_-''
