shocked beyond believe.. this morning's newsaper of the flood in New Orleans. haven been reading newspaper for a few days now.. i know there's a flood.. but.. i didnt expect it to be like that... the whole neighbourhoods were submerged! and there was even sighting of shark.. and the worst thing is ... it seems like the america president is not doing much to help! or rather, too slow in his decision making... many are already dead... and this is not the kind of thing u'll expect of america.!
sadden me to see this state of america.. hope everything will be fine for them soon!.. have u all ever wonder~ y are we still enjoying life, or doing useless things when people are fighting for their lifes someplace else.. i remember when i was in jc, and d iraq thing was going on... i used to wonder y are we still doing useless things like... studying.... as if its the top most impt thing of our life! when halfway across the globe ( mayb not even halfway, juz a few hours away) there are people fighting for their life, pleading for food and water...... y is it so unfair to thm?
and then, i start to realise... that's precisely y we should cherish our lives. and making the best out of whatever situations we are in. the people in new orleans are not juz going to give up hope juz like that! they will fight hard for their surival! and althought we might not b in similar situation as thm.. but we can learn.. we should always keep our hopes alive! in whatever "dying" situation we think we are in... coz our situations definitely wouldn't b worse than theirs.
hahaz.. and now i start to wonder y this entry is so gp.. hahaz.. but well... make the best of every situation! be cheerful! be happy! be optimistic! and more often than not, the outcome would not come out as bad as one may think!
