Had a great time at our final "after-exam" outing yesterday. That should be our last "after exam" sort-of outing le.. haha..

Went to Minds cafe to play a very xin ji game. Cant remember the name but I think the game is really quite fun! Good recommendation Chris!

Sister took mc yesterday and me and mummy went shopping together with her! Didnt buy much.. sian! ha.. after which, met up with tutorial peep! Sheryl, ssJ, Chris, Tun, XiSheng, Xavier! Had wanted to watch movie but changed to POOL for the guys and then to dinner and settlers cafe!

I wanna play that xin ji very zhong game again! Hhaha.. sheryl win 1st round and chris bu shuang! so funny..

Well! firstly... The paper wasn't difficult... Tutors didnt chu any stun!... everything I think was taught before.. BUT! I incorrectly messed up my Equity accounting entries! that spells big shit!

I know the remeasurement gain/loss, I calculated incorrectly.. and tat financial instruments.. haix.. althought its really not very difficult.. but I always dunno how to do financial instruments! Wooo.. haha.. SHIT! I hoping.. really.. that ... god bless me! hhaa

I just came back from the mama shop downstairs.. Got myself a packet of twisties to de-stress! I just realised I only know how to do the quantitative part of AA306 whereas I'm like totally clueless as to how to do those qualitative part! Explain why use call option etc etc.. aiyo..

Life's been pretty boring recently.. I wonder if it will get worse when exam's over.. ha..

and I just realise so many ppl is startin work early like in June or July.. wow.

Its been months.. but I'm still amazed at somebody who still couldnt get the idea of "blaming what happen to youself for wat you did.. and stop thinking that whatever happens to you is coz of others rather than yourself" actually.. it doesnt really bother me if its totally non of my biz.. but the thing is.. the words are so directed to me sometimes I just get irritated looking at it! Nvm. I'm sure that somebody wont even know i'm taking about the person when the person see this.. so ridiculous.. nvm..

OH! I had like a exciting dream last night! Adventure in my dream..
I was like at some ang mo country.. probably UK ba.. and there was like huge terrorist or watever attack and everyone was fleeing the country... me and this gal that I cant remember who is it... was trying to escape from the place as well.

Actually we already got a ticket on that day already.. but we wanted to leave earlier. When we try to change our tickets, the person at the counter told us we can onli change to another plane on the same day. We were so desperate that we asked which ship/flight is the one to leave the country 1st... and it was a ship to USA.. ( haha.. so funny).. and the ship is leaving any minute.

We quickly ran to the place to board the ship and realised it has left already and we were so desperate some kind person, like a policeman or something, let us board his speedboat to chase the ship.

Finally, when we reach the ship, the ship owner say onli 2 person can go up the ship.. so the police sacrifice the chance of leaving the "attacked- country" and allow me and the gal to board. We felt safe already.. until days later we realised we're on a "zei chaun".

They tortured us and dun allow us to eat... we onli realise alot of days later.. oh! i remember cath is in the ship at this moment also.. Then,... suddenly, we docked at some pier in singapore in search of food.. me and cath faster remember the places where the ship is leaving to and left scraps on plastic with the location that we saw and drop the plastic into the sea... hoping someone can come and save us...

Then.. i woke up...wow.. such a detailed dream hor!!

why do I keep having these adventurous dreams?! so weird!!! but still fun! =))

Didnt try to play any tricks on anyone.. BUT! 2 ppl attempt to play a trick on me! haha..

1) Farah successfully tricked me when she msg me this " Call me urgently. Bad news about you." and that is so her style to write such short msges.. the moment i saw it i press call and called her.. but while the phone was ringing.. it suddenly dawn on me that.. ITS APRIL'S FOOL JOKE!

haha.. good one Farat Foo.. haha.. She said anli fell for it as well.. hahaa..

2) Next, Pig also tried to tricked me with this msg "Hey, if you hate me then tell me la. Dun need to gossip behind my back right? you Backstabber! I HATE U"... the moment I saw this msg I knew its a Aprils' fool joke! that is so not his style of msges.. hah... can see its a forwarded msg.. SO LOUSY PIG!

so.. tat's my Brilliant start to April! The month where my whole official education life will end. =)

I was still bumping around... not in the mood to study.. until Hung told me his exams starts next week.. I was shocked.. that means my exam is coming soon as well! 2 weeks to be exact. I shall start my mugging from 2molo onwards.. I swear I will..

In the mean time, I cook a packet of magi mee for myself.. In need of MSG.. comfort food loaded with MSG! heez... feel better after that.. but I feel so full now I don't think i'll be able to slp... So I'll just continue crapping allll the way till I feel happy.. lalaaaa...

oh! Did I mention?.. I just finish this book " Life Swap"... A really interesting book by Jane Green! Like.. it always seem as though life is greener on the other side kinda thing.. I really need to learn to be contented with what I have, my life etc..

I almost forgot this terrible dream! suddenly remember and told piggy and decided to blog bout it!

It goes like this:

We were in UK campus... suddenly, there's smoke at one part of the building and we were all evacuated to some open area outside. Then, there was mentioning of terrorist attacks and then don't know what happen, we were all being "caught" and brought to some laboratory. The moment we stepped in, we saw people who were lying on beds with chicken box-like thingy on their faces... and that was when they say, we are suspected of having some virus... Its like hundreds of us..

The next moment, I woke up inside some very cramp and small capsule.

I was very scare and kept asking what is happening, and learnt that, we are to stay inside the capsule for the night to see if any of those symptoms appear. So, I remain in the uncomfortable capsule and talk to the person beside me...

The next morning.. All the laboratory ppl are gone, except for all of us in this small capsule. We forced our way out of the capsule.. and realise the whole city has left us behind. No one was there.. and

I woke up from my dream...Its such a terrible dream lah! Wonder why I have such weird dreams.. Hmm..

oH! and piggy wanted to blog in my blog just now! aha.. so lame. He say he only wanna say one sentence.. and that is " I miss my piggy".. fine... I MISS MY PIGGY! satisfied? hee...

After feeling LOST during the 206 discussion on tuesday, and having just finish lamey 306 quiz, I finally picked up my PHBP ( hehe... sheryl.. correct le bah!.. hehe) and read through chapter 2 today! haha.. and finally got what they were talking about that day.. Industry analysis, competitive analysis and corporate analysis. FINALLY. Sorry guys for being such liability.. I promise I'll do the research for NOL 2molo and nice nice do our the slides and nice nice.. finally send for u guys to see.. hehe..

and.. I thought everyone pon 206 and didnt go class.. Found out.. I'm the only one.. haha.. that is pretty sucky..

306 quiz today is not as hard as i expect it to be.. I thought I'll probably walk out dead.. but.. luckily! hehe.. I only walk out half dead! =))

I'm an angry smiley today.. *angry*... for various reasons..

1) Having to wait for 20 mins alone in PS. *angry* Well, not that I'm never late, BUT at least I have the decency to msg and inform the person when I thought I was going to be late for like 5 mins. In return, I waited for 20 mins! *angry*

I know I'm not like the most punctual person... BUT.. I'm only always purposely late if I know that those ppl will be late, OR are in one group that they wont even notice someone is late kinda thing... Anyway, I'm really quite pissed!

I guess that is one of my worst weakness. HAVING to wait for ppl just makes my blood boil! .. I cant even count how many entries on " I HATE PPL BEING LATE" have I written on...

I think I'm quite disappointed with myself over the last 2 months... Feels like I've not put in enough effort for everything!

Studies- I've got one of my lowest quiz score ever in my 3 years... and that sucks. It reflect my lack of attitude in my work. I'm foreseeing an extreme low participation point like 0 points for my 206 and 306 class. I haven read the whole BHPB and... lastly, I did not do a single tutorial this semester less presentation qns. That is so not me in year 2. haix..

Friends- I've only met the 3 babes + felix for the 1st time this 2 months? other than CNY outing... today is like my 1st KTV session with them? that is so not me as well..

well, at least in terms of Family, I think i've put in enough effort there... =))

Watched "The World Trade Center" again on HBO just now...

Still feel really sad while watching that show... Can't believe its like 6-7 years ago? We were like in secondary school when that happen. Somehow, that event changed the whole world right? Travelling and stuff~

which reminds me! That day I read on Straits Time, an article written by some reporter.. complaining bout how they miss their flight in HK, and its all the airport's fault coz its said on a board that it take "X" mins to go through the bag checking area... but its more than that "X" mins and caused them to miss their flight...

While reading that article, I feel that the gal is SO SO SO SO OFF! Like, she cant assess for herself how long that Q is? I mean, when we were travelling in UK, we always go in earlier if we find that the Q might take a little longer... ( Just cant stand ppl who keep pushing blames to others... ) If others didnt miss the flight and you did... something must be wrong with u instead right?

The current state of brother's lorry... He "buang" with a nissan sunny today! Based on how badly this huge lorry is dented.. I cant imagine how the nissan sunny look like..

Apparently, while on the road, the nissan sunny cut into my bro's lane abruptly and my bro, became bu shuang and shine light at that car and overtook it.. AND THEN! that car bu shuang and cut into my bro's car lane abruptly .. but this time.. stopping the car such that my bro got no time to react and.... BUANG! whhaha.. ( and its in the middle lane with no car infront!)

Personally.. I think both have wrong.. BUT.. well.. that guy got nothing much to lose therefore can play this kinda thing unlike my brother.. since its my bro who kissed that guy's car...

Lesson of the day:

- Don't be bad tempered on the road

- Never buang ppl's back! wan to buang also let ppl buang your back.. ( like what the nissan sunny did)

- Never play with others when you are a new car license ( luckily my bro past the 1 year license thing like a week ago?! if not i think minus 12 points... he can say bye bye to his license)

- and MOST IMPORTANTLY!.. what my mama tell us.. NEVER! play with a car that looks like crap.. coz.. they are out to let ppl buang them! can earn some money before letting the car be scraped! Since its going to be scrapped anyway!

Met up with my Dearest JC frens for our usual supper at our fav supper location! the moment i reach there.. its "hahahha" and more "hahahaa"... cant stop at all! glad that this tradition of supper at prata place is still going strong after.. 3 years? hah..=))))

thn we head for NTU! ... ( coz gotta send my "didi" back to hall) and we went to ADM building upstairs to watch stars.. crap, and just slack our time away! Its really a nice place to go dating! (though its in the sch.. ha)..

I absolutely love this movie! I want to give it a 4.5 star ( although Mr. M thinks its worth AT MOST 3.8... and that was after I said.. huh! when he gave it a 3.5)

okay okay... maybe the storyline is very predictable... BUT.. is it the cast or whatever.. It managed to capture my attention for the whole 2 hrs! Such a romantic story!

I woke up and quickly want to on my lappie to write bout my dream!

Its been such a long time since I've had dreams about UK already...
The dream start out with me packing my luggage again! But this time, brother is packing as well! We are both going UK! I'm going for summer exchange program!

the next scene was at some park where me, angeline and anli were having lunch~ Yah.. Farah was not there lah! DUnno why! Then we were discussing which modules to take.. then.. I saw WEI LIANG! whah.. so off! I dont even know why I would even dream of him?! thn he say he is doing exchange at herts...

then it seems like me anli and angie are not exchanging at herts but rather at some other uni near herts! But we are still staying at the same Roberts way little houses.. ( yea, dreams seldom make sense~)

and I started unpacking when I realised.. I forgot to bring sweaters, long john etc!

now that I'm awake.. I'm thinking.. why would I need long john since its summer?

When I tell my mama last night, she made a face and say "don't go cambodia! go cambodia for what".... yah, I've already guessed her reaction but didnt expect her to forbid me to go vietnam + Laos as well! =( Its either, I just go ahead and book it without her consent if I'm so dying to go ( which is not exactly so...) or I can just continue to wait for any other grad trip-less ppl to jio! ha.. so off, I Know! =)

Its a lazy Sunday...

Decided to take out the book "The 5 people you meet in Heaven" to read again. I've read that before and did not find the book particularly interesting/inspiring. I thought I should read it again! ( Everyone seems to love that book!) Maybe since I'm older now, I might be able to appreciate this book more!

and so I read thr chapters and chapters of it.. and when I finally finish the book... ( after one time of falling aslp and waking up to continue reading it)... I still cant get the "wow" factor of it!

Can someone tell me what's so amazing about this book? or maybe I should just read it again.. 5 years later...

I guess being a rather optimistic person I am... I wouldn't want to go to heaven to see who I've caused death to..( and that happens like twice in the book- once as a kid and once during army) and if there is like one true love.. I can already guess one of the 5 ppl i'm meeting! and finally the person who caused u to be resentful /angry about your life... ( Book- captain and ruby)...

Of coz I know its like saying one's action affects all and stuff like tat..but.. well.. okay! conclusion: I still dun like this book!

I mean.. yah.. holiday is over and we went back to school on monday.. which is chu 5? and the whole gang.. minus ssJ and chris went to watch AH LONG! the show is.. basically draggy and ... yah.. but its still nice coz we haven see bennett teo for 1000000000000 years already! =)))

and lastly!

I'm so proud of myself for reading up 2 chapters on NBJ already.. haha.. yea.. I've been quite guilty and telling ssJ that i will stop free riding in 206! and thn.. haha.. I really go read my NBJ! yeah! Xisheng was like saying he's paiseh coz one of his grp member has been helping them do all the work as well.. and we are like.. we are all v paiseh and start to read our books... and its like.. yah.. year 3 no mood to study already but we study coz paiseh and dun wanna drag our grp members down.. haix.. when have we become so bu zhen qi and study for others rather than for ourselves?

and yeah! lastly lastly! deloitte choosing of dates to start work.. I've decided to choose august to start! yeah!

3 days of Chinese New Year Visiting is finally over!

Tired x 100...!

The Chinese New Year this year is very very different.. not in a good or bad way but just different!.
1) Chu 1 did not start with going to my great grandma house to pai nian! She's 96 years old already and hospitalised.. so we could not go to visit her in the hospital

2) Sister is working on chu 2 ! and so.. brother and me were soooo lonely!! especially when we went to one uncle's house that we always go to together with Wei Zheng they all.. Me and my brother just stone for like one hour! omg

however,
3) Since sister is working for 3 days.. I had the car to myself for 3 days! whahah.. that's a good thing!

but then again...
4) I went to eat prata 3 days consecutively! at timah!... crazy!

ha.. what a way to type my lamey blog~ But I'm still happy coz pig and I were like pai nian-ing and i get to bite his hand for 3 days! yummy! hah..

ohhh and thn there's dragon dance at his house where i didnt see a nicey no. and it came out last night! haha.. goshh..

oh! and i'm going to Deloitte!! Finally decided and accepted their offer... deciding factor: culture

and my last decision.. which is grad trip again.. wells.. i guess I've decided that I'm okay with staying in Singapore afterall! =)) I'm not going to die die have to go somewhere if the company is not ppl i've spent my 3 year uni life with! I mean.. GRAD trip is suppose to go with frens who are graduating with u! hehe.. so yep! I'll just start work early and earn $$$!! ( Juz a thought tat suddenly dawn on me last night...) I guess my mum will be super pleased with this decision i've made... ha ha..

2nd dream- on our departure day... the whole excess baggage thing appeared in my dream again... haha.. but this time my sis was there as well with like alootttt more excess baggage.. haha
3rd dream.. which was last night.. is about us forgetting to go for exam and we were eating in our kitchen.. eating nicey food prepared by out housemates.. hah..

Back for one week already!

Feel like one month... No.. it felt like I've never really left.. weird as it sound.. but its true.. everything just so got back to the same routine as the time I've left... There's no changes to everybody! Its weird right... but yesh! Everything/Everyone is just stagnant like 4 months ago!! Don't know how to put it.. but .. yah..

Speaking of which.. mummy did the calculation for my exchange and said i spent much lesser than what she expect I would have spent on my exchange! I didnt know I was so thrifty... heez.. =)) maybe that sum of money can go to my grad trip!! whahaa...

Oh yah! and I rebonded my hair on Fri as well! Gosh.. It looks so flat now.. and I look SO FAT!! But I dont really have a choice as to what I should do with my hair! Its so messy! I know.. and I've got totally no mood to do any of it.. as for 306... the 1st lecture waS NOT fabulous as I run around school.. trying to find that stupid lecture hall..=(( called everybody I knew from grp B to no reply.. hows tat! okok.. I sound so grumpy ( but I've always been v dependent on my grp A peep).. haha.. I just so felt like not going already before realising I can call grp A peep although they are not in same class as me.. I guess that is the sacrifice I've gotta made when I decided to go on exchange... to be separated from my clique and be ALONE in that module.. =( hate school.

(sorry if i've been makin too many grp A / B comparison but.. its just the feeling of helplessness sometimes you just wan to rant about it)

well! back in Singapore for 3 days already.. It has been hectic hectic and messy..

After class on monday, i ditched the initial plans to cut hair and came back home to slp. Slpt from 3pm till 730pm before i dragged myself out of bed..I'm soooo tired!

Next morning was interview at deloitte... and the act smart me thought I still have energy to go shoppping with piggy.. was tired the whole afternoon.. finally watch a movie and came back home..

OH!! I went to market to have my stingray and hokkien mee and carrot cake! haha.. so far I've eaten.. crab in chili and black pepper, kang kong, crystal jade la mian..in addition to the above.. YUMMY!

saw xin at town and they were all going to cut hair.. ha..

thn its 830am class again this morning.. and EY interview later at 2pm.. well.. Hope I dont look like i'm dozing off later! tata

btw.. although i thought i really like the weather in UK... i realised i quite like the weather in Singapore as well! at least I dont have to check the temperature for the day every morning before deciding what to wear.. hehe.. its a simply.. top and skirt and off i go here! hee.. okok..

Back in NTU.

The feeling is weird.. there's like a few new buildings?? yah...

same at home as well.. reached home and found a new tv in the living room?!

Flight back yesterday was messy! It was suppposed to leave at 10pm but at 1010pm we were still denied entry... finally... at bout 1030pm we were all going in ... but was asked to go back out again due to some problems..!! So scary! Thoughts of like.. going back to hatfield surfaced! haha..
but well.. I'm back in NTU again.. haix...

anli was like saying it was a sign.. coz it was raining sooo heavily when we left hatfield and the flight problem.. hmm.. its asking us to stay..

Landed late and found my family waiting for me already! hehe.. its like 4 months later and.. you get to see who grew fatter and who become skinner! haha.. OPS hehe... and then had dinner at east coast before heading home..

I was so tired after packing i slpt at 1am only to wake up at 330am... It was dinner time at london.. haha... and I usually take a nap before dinner also.. so.. hah.. tried slping and.. finally gave up and wake up at 7am..

okay! finally back in NTU.. =(

oh yah! I guessed I must've missed UK too much... coz within 3-4 hours of landing.. I've already had conversation with my housemates twice on the phone! haha.. well..

and anli say she might be going there! Maybe I can join her! She's been to New Zealand before and she say its Super Duper FUn!

Had my 1st University of Herfordshire exam paper today!... Human Resource Management (GE) and me and anli left the exam room 40 mins earlier.. I totally got nothing to write already.. although I've tried my best to crap.. hah..

and things I've notice here which I think its like ... "wha or duh"!

1) 5 Mins before starting the paper.. the room is half empty.. People can be calling the examiner to tell him he will be late.. WOW! I dont think that will ever happen in NTU... hah..

2) My housemate friends stay up at Learning Resource Center the whole night to study before exam... I mean.. is it required? erm.. Maybe is coz.. that is something I totally would not do..

anyways.. next paper 2molo... I'm not so much focus on next paper tomolo but rather.. I'm leaving in 3 days time.. OMG...

Today is sort of like a "last london Outing b4 going back Spore" Trip..

Early in the morning.. Went down to london with anli... Reach @1130am and Primark is still not open! Decided to start shopping for friends' souvenirs..

1st stop: souvenirs shop!

We spent about 45 mins there.. trying to find the most suitable gifts for our friends.. Its such a headache man! I've been always checking out all these shops for gifts.. but when the day come when I have to decide ah... Still such headache.. hah..

tata.. my basket of gifts! can you guess which one belong to you? JC frens.. dun need to see.. haha.. all dont belong to you all coz long time ago buy u all one already.. hehe.. This whole basket cost around 30 pounds.. s$90! hah.. me and anli both heartache.. so... dearest frens! must keep hao hao okay! hehee...

next stop: Primark! the shopping heaven..

After spending such a bomb at the gifts shop... I cut down on my spending at primark! hehe.. bought like 5 tops and a sandal for just 15 pounds.. hehe.. HAPPY!!

we were so hungry by then... we had wanted to find fish and chips for lunch but decided to forgo and had mac instead...

Oh yah.. I just wanna mention this before I forget..Before coming to UK to study, I feel that being able to enter into NTU accountancy was prestigious etc etc etc.. I find that thinking kinda shallow now... NTU is just a Good Uni in Singapore.. but as soon as we get out of our tiny little island.. that piece of cert is ... maybe.. equivalent to the lousiest uni in UK? US? or anywhere esle? Well.. I think studying in SIM- university of London cert is even more recognised than ours lar.. so cock hor..

If I've been in UK for exchange in the 1st year... I would have quit NTU and come over here to study.. If only.. But wells! I'm glad I have the chance to get out of shallow tiny Singapore to experience life in this big Ocean.. Am glad.. =))

Yeah! Exam is coming next week! Seriously, this is the 1st time I'm so happy exam is finally coming. Reason: During the exam period, cant go travelling if not also will be worried, but at the same time, coz i onli need to pass, I dont feel like putting in more effort than required to study for the exam.

Hence, I've been watching shows and watching shows and watching more shows! haha.. Just finish a Taiwan Drama: Romantic Princess by my darling WU ZUN! hehe.. and zhang shao han.. its quite good! hehe..

And.. We've all been going to the learning resource center to study everyday.. "study"

I think its just the fun of everyone going to study together.. coz most of the time I dont know what I am doing.. haha.. but still, I like doing this kinda together thing.. for the fun of it!

Angeline went back to Singapore already due to some personal issue.. and so yesterday, the whole house everyone cook a dish for her! scott made dumplings... dino made some toast with egg, kelvin cook steak, paul cook noodles and connie made us some soup! yummy! its super duper delicious!! YUMMY!!! pictures when i get it from angeline... then the whole bunch of us went to send her at the bus stop...

This made me think of the day when I'll be leaving London.. which is.. One week from now.. I'll probably be sobbing away.. hah.. no lar.. i wont..

2007 would be last of the year with so much freedom to do whatever I like.. It seems weird to me bcoz I really still feel like its 2007 now.. rather than 2008. Maybe the feeling of "starting over, starting fresh" will only set upon me when I return to Singapore.

2007- The year I become 21... I really think this year has been great! Thanks to mama and papa for making this year so fabulous! The opportunity to go overseas to study and travel so much... The bdae party... The bdae present... I feel really blessed to be able to have everything I want.. hah.. sounds spoilt but.. yah.. But I totally appreciate everything they have given me!

I think I mention this before.. that when I was in JC 1.. I thought that was the best year.. and subsequently, in JC 2, year 1, year2 and now year 3 in uni, I still have the feeling that.. that was the best year I've ever had.. I hope this would continue and 2008 would once again let me feel that that is the best year I've ever had!

Back in Singapore in 8 days... Mixture of feelings.. =) =( =) =(.. hah.. well..

As for now.. time to study again!

Depressed...

Had a really nice long supper and chat with the other 3 exchange buddies last night.. It was chocolate cake and ice cream and chatting all the wayyy...

This is what I forsee 1st week back in Singapore will be like:
20th evening- Landed... go for dinner.. feel like slping... V hot weather.. Print notes for NTU class... Slp

21st- 830am class in the morning... frustrated with not understanding anything the tutor is talking about... very warm weather!!!...finish lesson in the evenin.. back home... tired, jet lag, slp

22nd- Interview with Deloitte at 930am.. blur during interview... very hot weather... frustrated

23rd and 24th will be back in class again.. frustrated with what the hell is going on... frustrated with the numerous projects... angry at what I need to do all those stuff when i can be happily watching crunchyroll in UK.... warm and hot weather makes me have bad temper

25th- No class... rest at home.. Start to pack my stuff out of bag... and start missing London

and probably all these while... mum will be askng you to pack ur bag and gotta buy textbook for sch and gotta read alll those notes.. and gotta catch up with frens.. too many things... too little time!!!

yea... How depressing right.. that made me really dont wanna go back to Singapore.. Anli was like saying.. Will we get depression due to this?? haha.. Imagine one getting depression after an exchange program... haha

BUT! Life in London is really too good to be true! 3 day of class with onli 1 hr lesson each session.. probably in sch for 4 hrs per day. Coursework can be done easily... and we still achieve a relatively good result!! ( except for one stupid module of coz)... Every night is crunchyroll... movies and drama... and crapping with housemate. And every week or 2, there will be travelling to somewhere.. holidaying for the whole of 4 months.... Life has been too good... I will be wondering why I get myself back to Singapore to suffer... ( I mean.. seriously, if i get a degree here, I can get a job here with the more recognised degree and get better paid... why back to Singapore where I have to suffer but not get a equivalent good job with good pay?!) If I'm a 1st year student on exchange here... I would glady transfer myself here.. haha..

What I wanna say is.. I'm so going to miss London!

I hope to come back in one year time! and those housemates of mine will still be studying here! and we coming back to visit them! so cool rihgt!!... we also thought of how.. if we all can meet up in KL.. that would be interesting!

then there's the issue of grad trip where we all dont know where we shld go... Definitely hope to go with my dearest tutorial grp peep!! who almost lie to me that they PS me and nv let me be in the same grp as them! Love that grp of frens! always so nice and fun to be around with...

A fren ask me on msn today why I never mention about my dearest bf anymore... Its becoz.. He doesn't want me already!! Kidding.. well.. basically.. its cos he is far thereee and and far hereee.. I don't even get to see him! But! We've made a common goal for 2008: To travel to Japan after our exam in may and before i enter the workforce! Hope we'll really get to go! or else.. also go somewhere near.. 1st time taking Ryanair!! =))

And so.. after the duck rice.. its already like.. 3pm!! so fast!! we went to walk around.. shopping... and again.. Get the feel of the new year atmosphere! hehe..

And then.. we headed home.. Its great coz the tube were free till 4am in the morning!! hehez.. Reached home and bath and EAT!! ( I was so hungry after the countdown).. and slpt at 4am!! =))

And that was the end to my 2007 and the start of my 2008! I hope 2008 would really be a great year!!! and yes... I guess it shall be.. coz.. I'll be heading to norway on the 2nd day of new year!! hehe.. =))

Anyways.. Travelled from cousy's place back to London yesterday.. ALONE! omg.. so scary! And i really feel v relieved when I reach london.. Yeah.. Back from Venice!

Not going to start blogging bout it 1st... shall do that 2molo.. but I really wanna write about this dream I have on the 2nd night while I was in Venice..

Its such a happy dream I laugh in my dream... and actually laugh out loud such that i was awoken by my own laughter.. haha.. Imagine that!

Should be something that I've been missing ba..

PPL in the dream: Sheryl, ssJ, xisheng, tun, me.. and I cant remember who else.. there were like 6 of us...

We were in a amusement park.. and playing some rides etc.. when we decided to go try out one of the rides without checking out what the ride is about! Thn.. while all the other carriages have like 2 or 3 ppl.. we 6 person go and squeeze into one carriage... and the thing started to move and bring us out .... and we realised.. its those rides.. like when u press one button the carriage will go up and down one!

thn we tried to press the button! but the carriage wont go up! coz 6 of us together too fat already!! whaha.. damn funny! thn i dunno is it tun or xisheng suddenly climb out of the carriage and tried to push the carriage off the ground!!!

whaha.. tat was the moment I was laughing so hard in my dream.. I think I was laughing out loud.. and I woke up from the wonderful dream...

Wed- Spent webcaming with Brother and Sister! Very entertaining siblings I have.. they kept making funny faces even my housemate see le also laugh! haha.. I miss my Siblings..

It was supposed to be 10am London time and I intend to wake up @ 830am. Hence, the night before, set the time one my HP.. to 830am... and I forgot that...... My HP TIME IS IN SPORE!!!! haha.. Imagine my shock when the HR director called and i was half asleep! Luckily I regain my composure in time! and had the interview for half hour! haha.. the HR director is really friendly! =)) offered position le! yeah! haha.. just gotta go for another 2 interview in Jan before my big decision!!

thn.. head down to central london for some shopping + skating + musical... BUT! there's no skating tix.. so its just shopping + musical.. well.. I'm quite satisfied coz.. I bought like.. alot of tops for 20 pounds.. and its like SUPER WORTH IT!! yeah yeah! happY!

oh! and Mr pig called me that day as well! coz he was at the airport and got free international calls to make! hah.. wau lau.. onli free then will call..

and finally..
Farah sibling came already!! and bought chicken rice but we haven eat then spoil le!! booo..

I regret saying i've got nothing to do.. coz.. We receive our coursework result today and IT SUCKS!! haha.. a big wake up call!!

And.. every page of our report is filled with.. "ref?" ... I'm like..!!!! i totally really dunno how to do the harvard referencing..!!

Eg. One of Japan's main challenge now is the shrinking and ageing of the population. This is a fact that everyone knoes! do i need to reference? I'm totally clueless.. shall ask the tutor 2molo.. I mean.. if like tat also need to reference.. thn.. Every sentence of my essay will be referenced right?! Gosh.. how to do that?!!

I am a happy gal today!!

Early in the morning..

Went down to London to meet Farah.. ( she stayed over at London the night before coz her relatives are here).. 1st up!! To buy tickets for a musical!! Yep! we've been here for like 3 months and we did not have time to catch a musical until today!

One of the only shows where tickets are not sold out. Cost 25 pounds! Gosh..

Next to somerset house to buy tickets for... ICE Skating!! heee.. Outdoor skating is a totally different experience from JE skating.. trust me! 12.50 pounds!

While we were at somerset house, we decided to go for some exhibition

This trip is really up to my expectation.. maybe even exceed it. Maybe there was not much expectation @ the beginning.. so.. i would say.. I really had lotsa fun.

Upon reaching... we check into our hostel and went in search for some food. Its was like 9pm.. and we came across this chinese buffet that was 7 Euros each.. and we get to eat till 12am! 4 crazy gals became damn high and chiong in! ate till 12am! hehez...

Many different thoughts surfaced today.. during lecture, while walking.. etc..

I think if there's a god, he's just being selfish... Really. He's one of the nicest guy around. I mean it. God is selfish and want him all to himself... Maybe he needs nice souls around him so he will remain being a good god. But, that is unfair. He forgot to think about the rest being left behind..

I feel wrong/regretful that i wont be able to attend this last gathering with him around. Does not matter that he wont be laughing with us this time.. but... i shld be there.

but then again, I am ashamed that I actually felt somehow relieved that i wont have to be there. I don't think i'll be able to take the atmosphere.. its too heavy.

I really cant remember the last time we chat... was it on my birthday party, one month b4 i leave? or was it at the airport when both our mummys are going South Africa... They kept telling us we'll have lotsa chance it the future.. maybe he is going there now already...

A day before my party, he was like the rest of the grumbling guys, msging me and asking if its alright if he dont wear pink.. I told him to try wear lar.. if not wear something that looks like pink! He put on maroon..

At the party, he came up to me and ask which groups of frens are from where one.. i pointed out to him my sec clique, jc and uni ones.. He laugh and said.. "wha.. so many lo!".. then i ask him.. " got aim any gals or not! I help u!" he laugh and said again.. " all older than me one"... we laugh and i told him to wait when he get into uni to get one!

Then he will at random occasions talk bout how uni life would be like... I keep saying.. " must must must stay hall! join lotsa cca!".. he's always beaming and asking more.. He shld go uni next year.

I'm dreading to go back in Jan... It will only be weeks before its chinese new year. I know i'm thinking too far... but, i cant help but wonder what the next cny will be like. Was it 3 years ago? that we started having this tradition of cousin karaoke on the 2nd day of CNY... we'll leave our uncle's house and head to sing till morning.. b4 heading home.. and drag ourselves out of bed to carry on with 3rd day of visiting... thn we'll all look tired at another uncle's house.. All the 3 days of visiting are always done with them..

Someone ask me if i am close to him? ... I wouldnt say we meet every week... probably more of a once a month.. thn i consider again and realise, actually he and his brother are probably our closest cousins... they would come over our house to watch soccer while we are playing our computer in our room.. or to just come to have dinner with us.. it seem pretty much just like a family..

during family outings /gathering or at some functions we just have to attend, my siblings and i will always stick to both of them.. power in unity, trying to entertain ourselves...

my brother told me he's actually one of the only 2 cousins that he like to speak with..

I really cant imagine what is going to happen next. Are we all going to pretend and act happy when we are all sad deep down inside at all the gatherings? Are there still going to be gatherings since it will probably be too obvious he wont be there and too painful for all to bear?

I regret clearing my computer for more spaces before coming over for exchange. There's one picture of him lookin all red in the face after a bit of alcohol. Its really quite funny.

I feel sorry for my aunti. I cant even begin to imagine the pain she is feeling... Why is life so unfair to her?

I search through my computer and finally found this pic. One of the dinner we have to attend. yea! that's how we entertain ourselves..Its only up till today that i realise... I dont have much family photos in my computer.. That shld change..

Im not going to say i hope things will be fine for my aunt and his brother. I know its not going to be. I just hope they can go thr it... i don't know how...

going down this slope on my 1st attempt was disastrous!! but superly fun!! i think it was an intermediate slope coz the beginner's slope was close.. and.. i just gotta try it!!

its always funny when me and anli think back about it! coz its our 1st try whereas farah and angie has ski before already!

so.. we didnt know how to stop when going down.. the whole place is like pros! and v v v quiet! but the serene place is always being destroyed by me and anli's scream!! whha.. Once we just went down.. not caring about anything le.. we screaammmmm.... and fell!! one guy came over and told me.." you should have stop on this steep slope" and i tell him " i dunno how to stop, its my 1st time skiing.. and he was like... yeah!!! Currently in czech republic!!!

went to switzerland to ski !!! and its sUPER DUPER FUN!!! i fell so much i have blue black on my hands and butt now!!! haha .. but its totally worth it!!

there's this sky diving thing in czech republic that cost onli S$300!!! should i go try 2molo?!! i dunno if im daring enuff!! i dun think so..hahha...

will be off to germany in 2 days!! till then....

Its 10 weeks left to going back spore! No! I didnt want to remember / calculate it.. BUT.. haha.. was calculating the number of weeks left and how many weeks will be spent on travelling.. Tats why the calculation of weeks..

Its exactly 10 weeks left!!! ARGGGG... with.. 6 weeks on travelling! *SMILE*.. 1 week on exam *frown* and 3 weeks of lesson *sian*... Farah, me and anli are all so reluctant to go back!! NOOO! dun wan!! and we are thinking of like 101 ways to stay here..

"tat's damn weird lar" and alot of other things that i think is weird.. like.. her family apportion out the share of food while my family, we have all the food on the table and you just take whatever you want. and so i say again.. "tats damn weird lar!"...

then she say..." it doesnt mean that what i'm normally being exposed to is different from you and tat is considered weird!".. which i think! WHA! tats damn true lar! hah..

Its kinda like, i dont know where i read this b4, about how when you are in another country that is of the opposite hand drive as your own country and you think.. " why are they driving in the WRONG direction?!" i think the same theory applies here

afterall, maybe its just like, she tihnks i'm weird and i think she's weird kinda thing! haha.. And anyways, i guess its not so weird also lar.. coz from the other 2 i realised we have the same percentage! Its 330am now. And i'm awake.. typing.. ( in a half blur mood)

Last night!
one of our housemate fainted and hit his head pretty badly against the door... with blood on his face.. Shocked all of us.. Anyways.. the medic came and say he should be fine but need to be looked after the whole night!

so... tata~ me and angeline went to slp from 12am to 3am.. while kelvin and dino look after him/checked on him... and now its swop over time!!..

Anyways.. hope he will be fine!!

Okay! I'm going to split my HostUK weekend into 2 parts!

HostUK is a program for foreign students to take part in so we can stay a weekend in a UK family. and one good thing is....We only need to pay for the travelling cost from our uni to their house!

So! on friday! Me and angeline... set off to our Host house at Luton. ( which is really quite near our school.)

Arrived at their house just in time for dinner!

The room that me and angeline absolutely love!! Its my dream room lo! Pink and white! which is also the colour of my room in spore.. but it just didnt turn out as nice as how they make theirs!!

Babies gummies and flowers prepared for us!! See what i mean! they are really nice!!

and we finally got some nice dinner as well! Its like a lamb stew or something.. It tasted really nice!! YUMMY! me and angeline are v satisfied! haha..

Oh yah! and one thing so weird/funny! We arrived at the house, and then we were like standing there dont know whether to take off our shoes or not. And NO! they tell us not to. And we walked ard the house with our shoes on! WEIRD RIGHT!! tats not only it... another weirder thing.. The house is still SO CLEAN! wha! cant get how they do it!!

oh thn! yah... very funny when we talk as well.. haha.. Coz in our way of speaking. EG.

and the couple is also so sweet also! They kept calling each other dear, darling etc.. so cute can! coz so old le still like tat.. haha

and they were telling us about what their family is like.. everytime their grand children stayover, they would all run to the grandparents room in the morning and all squeeze into the bed with them..

Its so much like my family.. I forgot when did we stop doing that, but we me bro and sis used to all jump into our parents' bed with them in the morning and chat chat chat till late morning! so nice!

and there's alot of things in UK that is v similar to spore as well! Eg. We were telling thm in spore, the parents would try to live near the good schools so their children can attend the schools there! and they tell us its the same here!

and then.. the same ERP system.. haha.. actually i really think spore system and UK system is VVVVV similar! yep! so.. hmM~

Oh! and they know Lee Kuan Yew~ i mean, yalar.. everyone knows him.. but that's the 1st person they asked us about.. haha.. then we are like.. " yah.. he's the minister mentor now! A really well-respected man in spore"..

hah.. and we talk bout Princess Diana Prince Charles.. and of coz my fav Prince william! hehe..

I just realised why sooo many students take the shutter bus. Its not bcoz they stay in hostel.. ( well, not all) but bcoz...its really lamey.. but those students who drive have to park at a carpark that is not really near sch.. and thn take the bus to sch..

Its kinda like in NTU.. when u park ur car and ah fang and take the bus to sch.. Its like DUH! thn i might as well stay in hall right!

aiyo! speaking of which.. i wonder if i shld stay hall next sem since im only take 2 modules! HOPE HOPE its at most a 2 day week man!

Anyways.. the clock went back 1 hr on sunday! haha.. yeP! so i had a 25hr day! haha.. so funny ah..

Home alone day 2!

hah.. home alone day 1 was spent okay..

Finally finished filling all the Big 4 application and drag my lazy bum out to LRC to scan them... despite the super cold weather! So hardworking man!

Still didnt manage to get that piece of 1200 financial audit essay done! Damn! arrgg! Today is the day!

evening was spent at.. I cant believe myself.. Dehavilland campus ( where i have to walk 5 mins from my hall to the bus stop, take a maybe 4 min bus and walk into another 3mins to sch)... had some coffee @ the cafe .. have some nice chatwith housemate.. The sports center is reallllllyyyy nice! i will take some pictures in the future.. haha..

and night was spent chatting with housemates.. from.. 10pm til 3am! OMG! We were chatting about everything and anything.. Ghost, relationships, studies, spore, msia, etc etc! 5 hrs of chatting is really something.. haha
