Today has been interesting so far! Anyways.. its breaktime.. and we're back to cook lunch! wow!

anyways.. early in the morning.. I CANT WAKE UP MAN!! arrgg.. haha.. shld be due to the change of 10hrs slp per day to... last night was probably jus.. 7? hah.. OPS! its still alot huh??

I just realised why sooo many students take the shutter bus. Its not bcoz they stay in hostel.. ( well, not all) but bcoz...its really lamey.. but those students who drive have to park at a carpark that is not really near sch.. and thn take the bus to sch..

Its kinda like in NTU.. when u park ur car and ah fang and take the bus to sch.. Its like DUH! thn i might as well stay in hall right!

aiyo! speaking of which.. i wonder if i shld stay hall next sem since im only take 2 modules! HOPE HOPE its at most a 2 day week man!

Anyways.. the clock went back 1 hr on sunday! haha.. yeP! so i had a 25hr day! haha.. so funny ah..
we were watching one litre of tears.. again.. and then.. its time to turn the clock back... so at it became 1am again when it was 2 am.... and so we finish watching one whole one litre of tears in one day! gosh! haha..

tata... boring boring.. maybe i shld start doing some of my coursework?? cya

Home alone day 2!

hah.. home alone day 1 was spent okay..

Finally finished filling all the Big 4 application and drag my lazy bum out to LRC to scan them... despite the super cold weather! So hardworking man!

Still didnt manage to get that piece of 1200 financial audit essay done! Damn! arrgg! Today is the day!

evening was spent at.. I cant believe myself.. Dehavilland campus ( where i have to walk 5 mins from my hall to the bus stop, take a maybe 4 min bus and walk into another 3mins to sch)... had some coffee @ the cafe .. have some nice chatwith housemate.. The sports center is reallllllyyyy nice! i will take some pictures in the future.. haha..

and night was spent chatting with housemates.. from.. 10pm til 3am! OMG! We were chatting about everything and anything.. Ghost, relationships, studies, spore, msia, etc etc! 5 hrs of chatting is really something.. haha

okay.. and now.. i shall proceed with my..

Speaking of which, while i was chatting with housemates, i receive an email from anli! haha.. that gal is so blur she forgot to submit her assignment! not only that!! She ask me to help her edit her assignment! haha!! AnLi ah! you owe me oneeee big time! hehe.. i dont mind some nciey food oh! hehee...

OH! btw! i just got back my 1st quiz result! hehe.. 80%! yeah! thank u thank u! 3rd in class! whaha.. I didnt knwo im such a logical person! whhhaaa.

I'm so going to blog alot of entries bcoz... I'm all alone in my room! So.. what other things except to blog right? hehe

Last night was funny! Me and hung and xin decided to meet online to chat.. yea! a time and all! Its just so like in spore when we all decide to go prata place .. except this time.. there's no issue of who's going to drive~ haha..

They dun believe i can "cook" and say i shld show them how i cook! So.. here goes.. One of my speciality...
Ingredients:

A bottle of pasta sauce

A packet of pasta ( tat is going for 4 packet - 1 pound!!)

and just... dump the pasta into water and boil until it goes soft. Add the sauce after heating.. and..

tata!!

Nicey pasta! okok.. it looks abit gross coz i've already eaten it halfway.. haha

Just now we were chatting with our housemate and the issue of "immigration" came up.
Have we thought of it before?
Where do we want to go?
What's wrong with our respective country now?
and stuff..

I always thought that i would want to immigrate if ever given the chance.. but on deeper thoughts ( while trying hard to read a lamey book), mayb, what i want is not to go to one country, start afresh or anything ( I think i wouldn't want that with such fab food, friends family in spore.. ( wha! all starts with f))... but rather.. the ability to try something new/fresh all the time!

To have a new perspective, to meet different kinda ppl, to know that... beyond the small little spore.. its a global world out there! What do ppl really think about us? to experience the discrimination that we have not experienced before in spore.. ( we have a really effective racial harmony thingy i think), to hear other ppl talking about this little country you've live in all your life... interesting

If I'm able to, i would want to travel and live in different countries for half a year each time! better still, with a nice companion, thn.. when we're sick of all the travelling, we'll seek the place that we like most to stay and retire..

haix.. what a dream.. Is there a job so i can do that?

Today's the 1st 9am - 5pm lesson with a 2hr break in between.. GOSH! I think i almost die lar.. I was like... trying to keep my eyes open during the weekly test that counts towards my final grade! yea.. the test for the weird english language and logic one! yep!.. anyways.. i think i did pretty badly.. haha

BUT! when we were in tutorial, the tutor gave us some qns to do and me and anli could do it quite quickly while 2 ang mos infront totally dunno what is going on.. i think.. then when the tutor saw our ans and said its correct, the ang mos started giving us those... " are they siao and read the whole book already" kinda looks.. you know.. like how we look at the PRC scholars.. haha.. yea..

Miss my galies~ miss eating nicey food with them while we gossip! whaha! if they are here ah... whahah.. I think my school week has really become a... 2day-school + 5day- slack week... We didnt go anywhere this weekend and was soooooooooooo bored @ home! Anyways.. that way i save alot of money! Previously while travelling... I was spending @ a rate of 200 pounds per week! ( excl hotel fee)... and yah.. we were so bored we decided to go to C. London to walk walk... @ Parliament house, Big ben there... angeline wants to go in and so our 1st stop is there.. but there seems to have some events going on... look @ all those gals.. wearing those head accessories.. SO NICE!! ( and tats where we saw this really shuai and tall and WOW ang mo.. we all go .... "whaaaaa"....).. haha

We continue walking to see our London Bridge.. As we walk along, there's this area with alot of street performance.. This is a real man btw.. and he really look like a fake one! He only moves when u give him some money!..Another interesting one.. Looks so real!!

And i cant help but some thoughts just keep surfacing like... "thoughts like.. wow.. wont it be nice to be doing something of your passion, and @ the same time earn some $$?" these street performance are not those... random boliao ones.. its so interesting that ppl actually stop and look at them perform.

It feels like.. London is a city of hope!

And we were discussing like..we really admire these ppl and stuff.. BUT! would u really ever fall for someone like tat? maybe yes.. But will u be willing to be with this kinda ppl? no...!! haix.. I think spore has really train us to be really practical people. $ is all that matters..

( sidetrack.. NTU is having this career discussion thingy and i heard from some of my frens.. when u consult the person whether to go for passion, ie b policeman/teacher all these.. they will persuade u to go big 4.. i mean.. -_-'' how practical advice right? hmm)

It was really a walking tour yesterday! We wanted to save the 2 pound and decided to walk instead of taking the bus.. ( i'm not complainin though coz it was nice chattin and bo liao crapping around).. it took us 2-3 hrs to walk from those bridge to oxford street for shopping! But by the time we reach there.. we were to shagged to shop. haha... look around and decided to go to our final destination of that day!

Last night was stupid!

My housemates decided to pull a trick on ME! haha.. and i was dumb enuff and let them play for like one over hour?!.. What happen was...

Wan... one of my neighbour is bored! and since he dun have my msn.. he then added me in MSN and started chatting with me.. bluffing me.. he's a gal.. and i know her but i dun remember her and wants me to guess who she is! and the "she" he protrayed.. was damn weird lar! Knows all the activities that is going on in our houses.. knows where we went etc etc etc.. sounds like a damn stalker!!

thn he say he knows all my house ppl.. and when i ask them.. they all say they dunno.. -_-''.. In the end... they are all ganging up and playing me!! keep making me think who that person is!!

Evil housemates! haha.. and he's damn funny! He even locked his door in case i go in and see if its him! coz i guessed a few times that its him but he say its not! bleah!

Anyways.. I've been cooking alot of things leh! wha! I think my cooking skills have improve so much lor! I make really nice grilled chicken okay! whaha.. ask anli, farah and angeline if u dun believe!

I can cook rice/porridge!! my fav baked bean.. though is from the can.. haha.. but today i tried a new recipe.. baked beans with egg.. and its just nice K! not overcooked! farah say it looks nice! whahaa...

I also know how to differentiate those vege.. although those onion and ginger thing is still messy..haha.. and i can cook vege K! not overcooked one! Just nicey one! and i cut them lor! wha!! cut till so nice!!

whaha.. So Proud of myself!! yeah!!

The most eventful, fun trip yet! Our trip to ScotLand- Edinburgh + Glasgow + the highlands...

Starting from wed night! In order to save time/money! we decided to take the 2300 bus to Edinburgh! The trip will take 8hrs! ( My back, neck and butt wasn't v cooperative during the ride) and we'll reach edinburgh @ 730am.. Just nice to start playing!!

and so.. In order to catch that bus, we will need to leave our small little hatfield town @ 730pm. last bus to london. and yes... we were still cooking our dinner @ 7pm, washing the dishes at 720! haha.. we were rushing for bus all the way during the trip! ( yesh! i burnt my finger while trying to retrive the chicken wings from the microwave at like 720pm! gosh!)

Reach london at bout 8plus.. v early! and we decided to explore london @ night! Its really very pretty! with so much lesser ppl around so you can really take nicey pictures!!

Streets of Edinburgh

When we reached scotland, Edinburgh.. we were v blur about what to do. Went to check in @ our hostels.. ( more bout that later).. and luckily! a guy came over and tell us to go for this free tour that will bring us around the more popular places in Edinburgh... and so we went! We went to alot of different tours telling us different stories of Edinburgh! Gosh! they need to have some history lessons to get all their stories right!

One version of the story of charles II. He's the most hated king! But he still made the people have a statue of him. then there's a day to commemorate him and school kids will put flowers etc thingy on him. thn soon.. the top of his statue have a hole! and when it rain.. water kept going into it...so,to drain the water, the ppl there poke a hole under the horse! haha.. and so... when it starts to rain~.. it looks like the horse is peeing! ahhaha.. damn funny can!!

I forgot the story about this already. But the square area drawn out has the ashes of dunno who burried under! haha.. and the no. is 23 coz its in a carpark area.. lot no. 23! weird interesting city ah!

This is one area where u can legally spit! The story is... the area before this "heart" was a prison and the sanitary condition was really bad and people does not approve of that.. and so they will spit in there to show their displeasure. and up to this day.. they still do it! AND YESH! while i was taking this picture.. someone spit into the "heart" lor! how rude! bleah.. and so...that is considered the most dirty area!!

Something seemed to have happened there... coz there were many reporters around.. Do you all know what happened? haha.. anyways.. Hope it was a world news! coz ME just kept walking around there in hope that the tv broadcast will show in spore! and you all can see ME!! whaha.. ( kidding lar.. i wont be so bhb! haha)

The writers' museum! whhaa.. I'm a potential future writer!! I think its mentioned that some popular kids stories come from here.. Was it Pinnochio or something?? nvm~ haha

Buglary alarm of the past!! Story: There used to be a cobbler and they are in charge of making shoes for the kings! So you can guess how rich they are.. but with the wealth they have, they also faces a problem, Bulgars like to go to "visit" their house.. haha.. so look @ the steps! they are of different heights! The idea is to let the buglars trips when they run down! haha.. and this worked! and so.. that's their alarm!! Interesting!

The Scotch Whisky Experience that.. we did not have time to go into.. =((((

The guide was very cute! He's like saying the authentic Whisky has 3 thing!

1) It must be made in Scotland

2) It must be left for fermentation for 3 years
3) It does not have the letter "e" in it. coz the americans always spell it as whiskey

Trust me! Scotland ppl dun really fancy English! haha

While we are taking this beautiful picture of Scotland.. we lost the tour! SHIT! haha.. they walk really fast! One moment they are there and the next moment! gone! .. and so we decided to continue by ourselves..

Oh! i haven mention...While we go on this tour, Angeline decided she wants to go to the Edinburgh castle.. which me, anli and farah dun really wanna go.. hah.. All the castle looks the same lar! Experience it for once is enuff for me! yep... experience ( and somemore my prince william also wont appear here! haha).. so while we go on this tour, Angeline went to her castle!

so.. after getting lost.. we walked around the streets by ourselves! Cutey shops!!

Next.. went to one of the Mercat Tours..- "The Haunted Underground"

WE get to use hand held electro magnetic field to detect any ghostly presences..This underground is being feature in newspaper and tv before.. and its said to be believed to be the most haunted place in Britain!

one pic that i thought looks quite scary! .. anyways we dun dare to take pictures in the underground in case we really capture something!

and its funny.. in the end we didnt feel anything! and we were disappointed.. and we are like saying.. if we really feel something.. maybe we would hope that we didnt.. such contradiction! haha..

tat ended the day in Edinburgh.. we stayed there for the night and will go over to glasgow the next morning.. Really enjoyed myself in Edingburgh.. i think i've spent my time v well and i enjoyed everything we did tat day!

Stayed in a student hostel.. the 4 of us shared a room.. and im really quite amazed by the standard of the hostel!.. Initially was still quite skeptical one.. wondering if will have like bad ppl wanting to steal our stuff.. and the condition of the place, since we are going to share the toilet.. BUT amazing! everything is quite okay! Just like.. maybe hall 15?yah!.. satisfied! value for money! yeah!..

Reached Glasgow.. angry! haha.. suppose to hug me! haha

like white colour one as well! but dun really like the design.. anyways.. not planning on getting one.. need one for winter but till then.. im going to keep a lookout for nicey one!

Glasgow really got nothing much.. so we booked a highland tour for the next day!

Highland tour- to last the whole day from 830am to 745pm!

Tour Highlights include: Loch Lomond, Rannoch Moor, Glencoe, BEn Nevis, Loch Ness, Urquhart castle & Cruise option, inverness and pitlochry... BUT... after travelling the whole day.. I only know where Loch Ness, Urquhart castle is!

Beautiful scenery of the highlands! But i feel abit cheated! coz we are not allowed to go down and take pictures!! most of the time is spent in the bus, listening to them introducing to us everything about scotland.. which sometimes is nice.. but sometimes.. I just fall aslp!!

cute friendly Nessie! and that ended our trip in Scotland!

Went back to our hostel in Glasgow.. which is of a hall 3/16 standard! cool man! and the price is okay as well! Im loving hostel! hehe..

and the next day is the bus ride back to C. London!... Our hostel is like a 5 min bus ride from Glasgow bus station... so that morning.. i ask thm if they wanna go central Glasgow earlier! coz i wanna buy the bottles of world's smallest WhiskY! its damn cute looking! I saw it while we were shopping the day before.. but coz i couldnt think of who to buy it for.. i didnt buy! BUT THN.. its still so cute and i really wanna buy and i know who to buy it for already.! haha.. BUT.. haix shops are not open so early in the morning.. sad!

so.. we were hanging around... when farah realised! She left our pretty scottish costume photos at the bus stop! wha! luckily we were there early.. and she went back to get the photos.. *excitement one*--> we were so afraid she wont come back in time to take the bus back to C. London.. and finally! at 1045am.. she appeared! wha.. so relieved..

took the super long bus.. and supposed to reach back C. London @ 745pm.. so we can take the last bus back at 845pm.. BUT! the traffic was so bad we reach C. London at 850pm. yep! we missed the bus! GOSH! and this is *excitement 2*.. so we were deciding.. whether we should

1) stay in london for the night at the cost of 25 pounds per person in some student hostel

2) stay in a 4 star hotel.. which cost 65 pounds per room.. but 4 of us squeeze into one room and pray tat we will not be detected

3) take a cab back to hatfield from C. London and should cost around 65 to 70 pounds.. ( my reservation price was 100 pounds for the total of us)

4) take the rail.. go to some station nearer to our hatfield town.. and pray there's a cab we could take back to our place at a much lesser price! ( yep! there's like no cab around this area one.. u gotta call! gosh!)

and so.. we decided to check out the rail one.. and WE WERE DAMN LUCKY!!!! coz.. not only did we manage to get the rail.. we reach back to hatfield station and were in time for the last bus!!!

wha! dunno how to describe how lucky i feel we were! =)))

and yep.. tat really ended our eventful Scotland trip! I really like this trip coz we get to experience different thingy like- the costume, the fun thing- camera obscura, the scary underground, the cruise, castle, the rushin for buses, the resoucefulness in trying to solve our problems..

oh yah! and of coz! our thoughtful housemates who called us at 11plus coz we haven reach home when we are suppose to reach back at bout 9 plus.. haha..

we are a lucky lot!!!

lastly lastly... after travelling around for so many days in different weird hours.. and slping at different weird place... last night i was slping in hall.. and i woke up in the middle of the night.. and for a moment.. could not "understand" where i am... quite a scary feeling i would say.. coz i just blur... look at surrounding.. okayz.. i'm safely in hall.. and back to slp again.. yah..

OKAY!~ Finally end of this super long post! time for dinner! I blogged from after lunch till dinner time! total of 5 hrs!! GOSH! yea.. im really wasting my time.. BUT... hehee..i dun have much things to do as well u see.. yeah! 2molo's the student union day! no class whole afternoon! yeah yeah yeah

I just did a stupid thing. making coffee without boiling the water. SHIT! well.. that's a ice coffee than.. NOT ice ice.. ehh.. cold one.. okay! whatever. What am i saying?

Anyways.. I did a bad thing last night.. okay. not bad bad also.. coz that's my personality.. hah... and personalities cant be bad except when others cant accept it right? ( I'm just trying to make myself less guilty! haha)

OKay! what happens is.. I'm doing the Financial Audit essay that is due on sunday. BUT bcoz we are going scotland tonight.. I have to finish it yesterday so i can hand it in today. ( have i mention that before or am i repeating myself?) ... So.. there's this referencing part that i am totally clueless about.. we have to use Harvard referencing.. and its not like in ntu where we just state the sources at the end of the essay! we gotta reference IN the essay where their concepts have been used.. or quotations taken from...

Example. I learn from the lecture notes that public expects auditors to find all fraud.. and that is not true... so when i'm discussing it in my essay.. i have to reference.. ( tutor's name, year of lecture note).. Imagine ur whole essay filled with this "(...)" coz basically you learn all the concepts from books and lecture notes! gosh!..

anyways.. i'm digressing... back to the " me being bad" point.. so my housemates were in my room.. and so i just ask thm if they know anything about this referencing and how to go about doing it... but they are telling me everything else except HOW to do it.. and i snapped back.. saying something like " you are not answering my qns". Okay.. tats quite bad! I agree.. SORRY! hah.. but yah.. I was in a hurry to finish my stupid essay so i can go on to do other stuff!

yah.. tats my personality.. Its not about being stressed or anything ( this piece of work is not even going to be graded lar.. ) but just that.. yah! when im doing my work, I put all concentration into it.. and when im playing, I put all my heart into it as well! so, the random comments about anything else other than work when im doing my work just pissed me off! (ie telling me about weather or some gossips or whatever when im listening to lecture...) I think its a waste of time. haha.. Dun ask me why i think so, i just do. Mum has commented that i should change this attitude a couple of times BUT.. i cant! whaha.. too bad..

Its the same thing about playing. When im on the playing mood, i just wan to act silly and laugh and just have fun without the need to think about... work. (ie. last time when asked about my internship and stuff.. i'll be like " can we not talk about that? its boring leh".. although i know the person is just being concern but ya.. )

so that's it! Its my personality! and I dun think i'll be able to change it in the near future. Accept me for who i am ba! if not... can just kick me away! yeah!

Anyways.. I've mentioned in the previous post im doing this extra module right! I went for the class yesterday and its SUPER interesting. Module name: Professional and logical skills. Explain this sentence " Extinguish your cigarette before entering the building"... what would you think?
common ans: --> you cannot smoke in the building, You cannot bring a lighted cigarette into the building... etc

BUT NO! That's not LOGICAL and ACCURATE enough. What the sentence is saying is... You must have a cigarette. It need to be lighted and then extinguished before entering the building! haha.. the whole class burst out laughing when the tutor tell us this... Its a cute subject! But as he goes on to teach more, i can see its a difficult subject as well!

Eg. You can have a merc car OR 10,000 pounds if you win the 1st prize. In this sense, you either get the car or the $$ but not both. Both cannot exist at the same time.

But

Eg. 2 You need to be over 60 OR have work 10 years to get the pension. In this sense, You can be either or u can be both. Both can exist at the same time!

wha! its so simple yet confusing! You gotta read into so many meanings of one thing! faint. So, anyways... i was joking with the other 3 about how this subject is extremely useful to me and angeline coz there seem to be a communication problem btw both of us.. She always cant understand what im saying.. ( Maybe im not logical enough) and also.. I cant understand her weird theories! Example ( i seem to have alot of examples!!)... for lunch yesterday, I asked if we are having spaghetti... and if we are having that, are we going to anli's house to cook it? and she replied. Its in our house. But i say its not and she says it is... --> point of confusion: When i say cooking it, i mean, really boiling the water and putting them in and cook the sauce and mix them together. But her view is the ready made meals that are mostly spag that are in our fridge and we just need to microwave it. See the confusion! We have many instances of this kinda thing... Sometimes its funny, Sometimes it made me roll my eyes like ONE HUGE ROUND!

so.. how well we do in this module will actually be based on whether me and angeline can actually communcate without any confusion in a day! haha.. okok..

These are definitely more interesting electives modules as compared to the ones in NTU. hah.. I guess if i'm here on exchange as a 1st year student, i might just consider switching over!

Oh! and *wave* PaPa MaMa are you guys reading my blog?! hah.. mum says i have not post enough pictures! Well!! more pictures if i travel more! so.. yeah! thanks for asking me to post more pics! hahaa..

Anyways.. Guess after this scotland trip i gotta wait for like 2 weeks or something before i'll be travelling again.. coz the other 3 are not very interested in netherland and belgium.. haix.. my belgium chocolate.. is there anyone who wanna go with me?! bleah..

Time is passing by too quickly.... 4 months will be over too soon.. Starting to enjoy everything!

Heez.. anyways..
GREAT NEWS! guess what!
15 UH credit = 4 AUs..
and so... I'm taking 3 electives here.. 3x4Aus=12AUs which is like 4 electives x 3Aus=12AUs.. so.. yesh! Congrats me! next sem i'm only left with 2 cores!!

whaha! So happY! I thought im going to suffer when i get back to spore! BUT!.. well.. like i've said to angeline.. things are really better than expected! haha..*grin*

Anyway.. some things i've been wanting to blog about but always forget to.. that is.. This place is so weird lar!! There's like police cars racing down the road everyday! In this small and quiet town?! weird right? wonder what they are going after also.. haha

Next! Is how oxford/cambridge works..
Anli went over to cambridge on sunday ( yah.. we were lazy and decided to stay in) to find her friend. And she came back to tell us how the university of cambridge works! Its quite cool actually..Its like.. there are many colleges in the university. but those are also your hostels! So... there is a common area for everyone to go for their lectures... eg. LKC lecture hall.. but.. everyone goes back to their colleges, their halls, for their tutorials! So.. you choose a hall to stay, but at the same time, that's the place you are going to have your tutorials.. and thn.. each colleges are famous for a certain thing.. Trinity is like the hardest college to go in.. cool right! then she was saying.. ur tutor might just be staying next door to you.. and also the tutorial class consist of only 2 students!

WOW! okok..

anwyays.. sis has quit her job! hah.. cool ah.. and she's plannin with mum to come visit me! yeah! hope they come.. with good food! if possible.. haha.. lala

back to finish my audit essay which is due on sunday.. but have to hand in 2molo coz we are travelling again to scotland on wed!

I have soooo much to blog about!! what should i start 1st!! okok..

On our way to salisbury.. Someone had a fit/seizure on the bus! ( btw! what's the difference between fit/seizure?!).. he just suddenly fell from his chair and start to tremble non-stop! making a pretty scary noise.. A guy quickly went to help him.. while another lady inform the bus driver. At this instance! I truely salute that bus driver! SHE remained very calm and called the ambulance.. within like 10 mins, the ambulance came.. In the meanwhile, she kept talking to that man.. telling him its okay and stuff.. wha.. what an experience..

and also, I'm truely touched by the guy's action to rush forward to help! I think if its in spore... everyone will be just so scared and shun away.. tat's what i think.. wha.. attracted to such nicey ppl!

... The next morning.. Introducing our hotel.. The King's head Inn.. would recommend it to anyone going to stonehenge, coz its near the bus station!!

btw.. I've been having alot of subway! go go subway! haha.. YUMMY! coz its like the cheapest food available.. 1.99 pounds.. and other food.. MAC! haha. coz tat's always free McFlurry with the meal when you show them your student pass! haha yeah!!!

I've got like so many opinions about everything in this new environment.

Example. One afternoon, i decided to have subway while anli and angeline decided to have Mac. So, in Singapore, what we would do is.. i'll buy my subway and eat it in Mac with them.. and its okay.. actually, Mac is pretty much fine with anything and everything.. BUT! here, they told us we cant eat subway inside mac.. Its okay if its a strict country or wat.. but the controversial thing is... This is UK.. where we are even allowed to eat in buses and trains.. and dogs can ride on buses.. haha.. why cant we eat subway in mac.. ( btw... there's still alot of spaces around the place.. ) Its the problem with the people, not the company, farah said.. well.. yep! and to be honest, there's really a certain degree of racial discrimination...
Today! -Saturday!

Went to UK's top theme park! Alton Tower!!

Its super worth it coz we went with the school! 30Pounds for entrance and transport fee.. Look @ the price for one adult! 32 pounds! gosh!!

First up! to kiddy places!

2nd ride we skipped! haha.. Its vertical! and goes right to the floor.. underground! ITS CRAZY! Since they are high on these rides.. and me, little dino and scott prefer something more lighthearted.. haha.. we split up! and continue by ourselves in the Alton tower!

After these.. we join angeline they all to a "haunted place".. we were seated at some place.. and the chair starts to move.. then the wall starts to move! and it gave us an illusion of turning 360 degrees inside! hah.. I was taken aback! thought it was some kiddish ride.. and had to grab angeline! haha

i'm doing internship again.. yah.. thn there's a group of ppl who came in to look for a guy.. thn the guy ran out of the company and went home. The house is v big and nice... i dunno why i also follow.. and when he reach home, he took a knife and start to scale his skin off! eek!! the image is still so vivid in my mind! thn he suddenly chopped off his finger!! I was crying in the scene.. EEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!

why did i have such a dream.. when i wake up in the morning and tell angie.. im still so scard i have to grab her to tell her.. eeeee...

Hope i wont have such dreams anymore!!

Just now i've said bye bye coz we are going to LRC to print out our reservation details for our trip 2molo to bath/stonehenge..

BUT! i cant help but to blog again.. coz.. I think we've got the cutest housemates!! haha..

when we were leaving the house.. little dino says its quite dangerous for us to go out now.. ( coz there's been cases of assults happening within the sch compound b4.. i think?).. and he said be careful b4 we went out..

BUT! when we are leavin LRC.. we realised they ( little dino and kelv) have come to LRC.. haha.. they are so cute lar!!

I think me and angie are really lucky to have such nicey housemates!!

( btw! dino and scott and farah acc me to go take my hp!! though i nv say it but... A MILLIONS THANKS!!!! haha..)

Today has got to be the funniest night since we came over UK! ( haha.. at least to me... I laugh till i almost cried.. AGAIN.. the last time was during PA with JiaHui)..

I cooked tonight! A real homecook meal okay!...
Me and anli decided to start cooking while farah was on the phone ( farah is the best cook among us.. or rather.. the only one who knows how to cook).. and angeline was dl-ing songs in my room..

Bcoz of our similar personality of wanting to cook everything in the easiest way.. we decided that we will mix the pepper with spinach and meat..

So.. we started with the onion! According to farah.. its an essential.. so we just put.. me and anli totally dunno how much to put.. we anyhow.. i started cooking the onion while anli was cutting the meat.. thn! the onion became black!! whaha.. and the meat is still not ready.. so i turn off the fire and cut the meat with her.. and we started cooking it.. haha.. ( it actually smell nice okay!).. thn! we started putting in the vege.. but the vege wont get cooked! ( dunno why also! haha).. thn.. we decided to take the vege out~ and just put the meat with eggs.. as we take the vege out.. we realised the vege is quite cooked already also.. nvm.. whatever.. we cook the meat with egg! whaha.. damn funny! thn.. i tasted it and it tasted blend.. and so.. we add in the only thing we have.. SALT! yeah!!.. and our 1st dish is done! whaha

Next is the somewhat cooked vege.. with pepper and the rest of the uncooked vege.. since we have no source also... we just... put everything into the pot.. and.. again... put.. SALT!! salt is like our best companion now... hahah... tata! the 2nd dish is ready!

In case all the dishes cannot be eaten.. we decided to make some bake beans... just heat them from the can! yeah! haha.. tata! 3rd dish ready!!

finally! Our.. rice.! haha.. at 1st me and anli wanted to cook porridge.. BUT! it turned out to become rice! whahhahaa... SUPER FUNNY!!!

This is not the funniest thing.. the funniest is looking at farah's expression when she eat.. gosh! haha

Officially the 1st day of school!

Had 2 lecture today!.. One business strategy ( in replacement of strategic mgmt in NTU) and another Financial Audit ( in replacement of Assurance and attestation in NTU)... Both is an one hour lecture.. ( yesh.. tat's how slack my timetable is here.. only 8 hours per week?!)

Anyway.. farah was like asking us if we appreciate NTU lecturer more after the lecture.. haha.. ( yesh actually.. haha.. the tutors here are really reading off the slides! okok.. maybe its just this 1st lecture..)

Anyways.. something stupid happen in the morning..

We were at their LRC ( something like library) and were trying to print notes.. thn! we cant find the printer.. and we ask the help desk ... they told me.. " we haven start our operations yet.." like duH! am i supposed to wait till the helpdesk starts.. at 9am ( and late for my lecture.. b4 i can ask?!) thn anli ask another person where the printer is and she replied something like.. the east area is there and the west area is there.. like.. DUH!!

when we finally printed our notes.. we came up with an analogy of what happened.. its like asking.. " is the apple sweet?" and the reply is " yah! the Orange is very sweet!".. DUH!!

Anyways.. GOOD NEWS! make that double Good News!! I called the bus company which i lost my phone on and tata!! they found my phone!! whaha.. that's one good news.. another goody news.. hehe.. at 1st i thought i gotta go and take myself ..( super sian.. confim get lost one!)... thn farah mention that she wanna go to that town ( the bus terminal station) to take a look so she can go with me! yeah!!!!! whaha...

my new love! yeah! G600...still not available @ singtel yet... But i definitely wanna get that one! its a 5.0 megapixel! whoo~~ Love it! so nicey!

Speaking of which.. let me introduce D-taG! a gadget which will really make sure all ur stuff wont get lost.. ( the D-tag mentioned by xs!)--> video uploaded next post.. haha.. one proj that im really proud of.. haha

okay! lastly.. i think i've been eating WAY TOO MUCH!!! everyday we are like just keep eating and eating.. gosh! though the food is considered expensive.. we buy all the cheapo brands like.. 6 packet food which means 6 meals for 4 pounds.. haha.. and all these cheap food makes us wanna buy more and mean.. eat more!! ( coz expiry date is v near! .. whah.. wat are we getting ourselves into?!)...

and yea! my housemates are like all here playing cards now.. seems like we are having a party everynight.. with cards and music.. ( okaY! lack of beer~ haha...) but its nice~ ( though im here bloggin and them playing cards..)
